- In original packaging (keep those skate boxes intact!)

2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Mouthguards (hygiene reasons)
- Used protective gear (helmets, knee/elbow pads)
- Opened bearings or wheels (once you’ve rolled, they’re yours)
- Custom or special order items
3. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
Follow these smooth moves:

- Your order number
- Item(s) you want to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you want a refund or exchange
- We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions
- Pack items securely (like you’d pack your favorite Moxis for a road trip)
- Ship to our Baltimore HQ (address below) with the RAN clearly marked
4. Return Shipping
You’re responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost to send your new item once we receive the return.
Pro Tip: Use a trackable shipping method – we can’t be responsible for lost returns!
5. Refund Timeline & Methods
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days
- Refund Method: Original payment method (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Timeline:
- Credit cards: 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Note: International refunds may take additional time depending on your bank.
6. Exchange Process
Want to swap for a different size or style? No problem! Follow the return process above and specify:

- Your preferred color/size (if applicable)
We’ll ship your new item once we process the return. If the exchange item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference.
7. Damaged or Wrong Items
If your bearings arrived gritty or we sent indoor wheels instead of outdoor wheels:
- Email us within 3 days of delivery with photos
- We’ll send a prepaid return label if needed
- We’ll rush out the correct item or issue a full refund
