Returns & Exchanges

The Basics

  • 15-day return window from delivery date
  • Items must be:
    • Unused and in original condition (tags still attached for apparel)
    • In original packaging (keep those skate boxes intact!)
    • With proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Mouthguards (hygiene reasons)
  • Used protective gear (helmets, knee/elbow pads)
  • Opened bearings or wheels (once you’ve rolled, they’re yours)
  • Custom or special order items

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

    • Item(s) you want to return/exchange

    • Whether you want a refund or exchange
  2. We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions

Return Shipping
